Quality Monitor Systems is not a broker of used medical equipment. QMS does not normally sell equipment "AS-IS". Our experience with used equipment has shown us that at least 50% of all equipment that we purchase is in need of some type of repair. The statement that the equipment was working when it was removed is very misleading. Some of the items we purchase are working when we get them, but usually they are not working to the manufacturers specifications. This is why we inspect, repair, upgrade and check operation of all items thoroughly before shipment. Missing accessories are replaced and operating manuals are included, if available. Shipping charges related to warranted equipment is paid by Quality Monitor Systems. Back-up units are normally in stock and ready for immediate shipment if replacement units are needed.
